Plugins & Templates
The plugin marketplace
Plugins add new blocks and features to the editor. Browse the marketplace, install them into a project, and configure them — safely.

Plugins extend the editor with extra blocks and features — an announcement bar, a special widget, a set of section designs. You browse them in the Marketplace and install them into a project. This guide shows how.
Browse the marketplace
Open Marketplace from the dashboard sidebar to discover available plugins. Each listing has a description and a preview so you can see what it adds before installing.
Install a plugin into a project
Plugins are installed per project, from inside the editor:
- Open a project in the editor.
- Go to the Plugins tab in the left panel.
- Find the plugin and choose Install.
Its blocks appear in your Blocks library immediately — no reload needed — ready to drag onto the canvas. Some plugins also have settings you can adjust.
Manage installed plugins
From the Plugins tab you can:
- enable or disable an installed plugin,
- configure its options,
- uninstall it (which cleanly removes the blocks and styles it added).
Content you already placed from a plugin's block stays on your page even if you later uninstall the plugin — it simply becomes ordinary page content.
Two kinds of plugins, both safe
- Official plugins are first-party, built and reviewed by Webpress.
- Community plugins are made by approved creators. For your safety, community plugins are declarative — they can add blocks and styles, but they don't run third-party code. Every plugin is reviewed before it appears.
This is why installing a plugin is safe: it can enrich your editor, but it can't do anything risky to your site or your account.
Where to go next

- Becoming a contributor — build and publish your own plugin.
