Subscriptions & billing
How to subscribe to a paid plan, pay your invoices, change or cancel your plan, and what happens if a renewal goes unpaid.

This guide covers the money side: subscribing to a plan, paying, and managing your subscription. Billing is handled per workspace — each workspace has its own plan and invoices. Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar.
Subscribe to a plan
- Open Billing and review the plans (see Plans & pricing).
- Pick a billing interval — monthly or yearly (yearly is cheaper per month).
- Choose a plan and click Subscribe.
- You'll go to a secure checkout, then to the payment page to complete your first payment.
Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How payment works
Webpress uses Xendit to collect payments, with the methods common in Indonesia:
- Virtual account (bank transfer),
- e-wallets (such as OVO, DANA, GoPay),
- QRIS,
- cards.
Rather than automatically charging a card each month, Webpress issues an invoice each billing cycle that you pay through the hosted payment page. It's a simple, transparent model: an invoice arrives, you pay it, your plan continues.
Have a discount code? Enter it at checkout before paying. See Coupons & discounts.
Renewals and the grace period
When your billing cycle ends, Webpress issues a renewal invoice and emails you a reminder. You keep full access during a short grace period while you pay it.
- Pay the invoice → your plan renews and continues seamlessly.
- Miss the grace period → the subscription is suspended: premium features lock and your published sites go offline until you pay.
Paying a late invoice reactivates everything — your sites come back online and nothing is lost.
Change your plan
From the Billing page you can switch plans. Upgrades and downgrades take effect when the new plan's invoice is paid. If you try to downgrade below what you're using (for example, to a plan that allows fewer projects than you have), Webpress asks you to reduce first.
Cancel or move to Free
- Cancel stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
- Downgrade to Free returns you to the Free plan. You keep your projects, but features and pages beyond the Free limits are no longer published.
Invoices
The Billing page lists your invoice history with dates, amounts, and status, so you always have a record. Coin top-up purchases are listed separately on the Coins page.
