Glaze

No two sets match

The glaze is mixed by hand for each batch. Pooling, drips and colour shift from one set to the next.

Pooled

Glaze gathers dark and glassy at the foot, above the bare clay ring.

Dipped

Each piece goes into the bucket by hand, so no dip is the same twice.

Broken

On the rims the ochre thins to pale brass.

150 ml

Each cup, no handle, built for two.

  2. II · Carafe, 500 ml
  3. III · Cup, 150 ml
  4. IV · Cup, 150 ml

Questions

Before you order

ShippingHow fast does it arrive?

The set ships anywhere in the EU within one week of your order, packed in paper and card so the glaze arrives untouched.

CareCan it go in the dishwasher?

Yes, the glaze is fired hard. Washing by hand keeps the brass tones softer for longer, and the raw clay foot dries best upside down.

FiltersWhich paper filter fits?

The dripper is a size 02 cone. Any standard size 02 cone filter sits in it, with the single hole below.

ColourWhy does the colour vary?

We mix the glaze by hand for every batch and dip each piece ourselves. Pooling, drips and shade shift from set to set, so no two are identical.

SizeHow much does it brew?

The carafe holds 500 ml, enough to fill both 150 ml cups with a little left to pour again.
