Mara Lindqvist designs products where a mistake costs money or health. For eight years she has worked from a studio in Södermalm, Stockholm, where winter dark arrives at three in the afternoon and the screens have to be clear anyway. Her two domains are fintech and health apps, both built on trust. She works inside BankID, PSD2 and the medical-device rules of MDR, and she designs for older patients who deserve interfaces they can read. Every project starts with research: real patients at a kitchen table, real accountants at their month-end close. Then she prototypes in Figma, sits next to the engineers, and ships. The result is quiet, exact and easy to use on a bad day.
