Chasing money is not design work. Ledgerly writes the invoice, takes the payment and sends the follow-up, so a freelancer can stay with the sketchbook and the next brief instead of a late payment.

Who it's for. Freelance designers: illustrators, brand designers and UI designers who bill by project, by day rate or by milestone, and who would rather not keep a ledger. If you send three to thirty invoices a month, it fits.

What it does. You write an invoice in under a minute. Your client pays from one link, by card or bank transfer. If the due date passes, Ledgerly sends a short, courteous reminder on day 1, day 7 and day 14, written for you.

Where it works. Everywhere you bill. Prices are in euros, and invoices go out in euro or other currencies, with your own logo on top. Clients across borders get the same link, the same two ways to pay and the same polite tone.

How to start. Take the 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that it is €9 a month, flat, with no tiers and no per-invoice fees. Cancel whenever you like and export your data on the way out.

Questions, answered

The things freelancers ask us before the first invoice.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial runs without a card. If you like it, you add one and pay €9 a month. If you don't, nothing happens.

Does Ledgerly take a cut of my invoices?

No. It's €9 a month, flat, with no tiers and no per-invoice fees. Card payments carry the payment processor's standard charge, and bank transfers carry none.

How do my clients pay?

Every invoice has one link. The client opens it and chooses card or bank transfer. No account and no app to install.

What do the reminders say, and can I change them?

Short, courteous notes go out on day 1, 7 and 14 after the due date. You can read them above, edit the wording, or switch them off for a single client.

Can I bill in other currencies?

Yes. Euro is the default, and you can set another currency per invoice, for clients across borders.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, in two clicks from Settings. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Can I take my data with me?

Any time. Export all invoices, clients and payment history as CSV, and download every invoice as a PDF.
