A Kiln pour-over dripper in cream glaze, blue drips running down its side, seen close on a sky-blue backdrop

No two pour the same

A pour-over set for two — dripper, carafe and two cups — glazed by hand and fired in small batches in Porto.

The glaze

Every glaze runs its own way

Mixed by hand in Porto, never from a recipe card twice. Each firing is a numbered small batch, not a line.

The set

One set, four pieces

Dripper

Stoneware cone with spiral ribs inside, so the water slows and the brew stays even.

Carafe

Round-bellied and glazed, it holds a slow brew for two and the dripper sits on its neck.

Cup, one

Small, handleless, with fingermarks faint in the glaze.

Cup, two

Never a perfect twin: its glaze pools and drips its own way.

Clay to door

Made in three steps

Raw thrown stoneware pieces drying on a shelf

Thrown

Stoneware is shaped by hand in Porto, one piece at a time.

An open electric kiln with glazed cups on its shelves

Glazed and fired

Glaze is mixed by hand, then each batch is numbered and fired in the kiln.

Before you buy

Asked first

Five answers before you order.

Where do you ship, and how fast?

Anywhere in the EU. Every set leaves Porto within one week of your order, packed in paper and card.

Will my set look like the photos?

Close, never identical. We mix the glaze by hand, so the pooling, the drips and the thickness change with every firing.

What is in the set?

One dripper, one carafe and two cups, sold together from the same batch so they match each other.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Stoneware fired this hot can take it, but hand washing keeps the glaze glossy for longer.

Why is the foot ring unglazed?

That is where the piece sat in the kiln. The raw, sandy clay is left bare on purpose.
