Before you sign up
Does my client pay a fee to pay by card? No. Your client sees the invoice total and nothing added. Card and bank transfer are both offered on every invoice, and your client picks.
Is there a fee on bank transfers? Ledgerly takes none. Your client's own bank may charge for transfers abroad, which is theirs to check.
What do the reminders actually say? At 3 days overdue, a gentle nudge. At 7, a clear reminder. At 14, a final notice. You can open all three in the reminders section above and read them word for word.
Can I change the wording? Yes. Edit any of the three notes once and every later invoice uses your version.
Can I stop a reminder for one client? Yes. Switch reminders off on a single invoice, or pause them when you have agreed a new date by phone.
Which currencies can I invoice in? Euros first. Write the line items in the currency your client expects, and the total follows.
How does the trial work? You get 14 days with everything included. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when it ends unless you choose to continue.
What does it cost after that? €9 a month, flat. One plan, no tiers, no per-invoice charge.
Can I cancel? Any time, in two clicks from Settings. Your invoices stay available to download.
How long does an invoice take? Under a minute: add line items, set a due date, send.
