Questions, answered
Can my client pay by card or bank transfer? Both. The invoice link shows a card option and the IBAN with the reference already filled in, so a SEPA transfer takes one copy and paste.
What does the free trial include? Everything in the plan for 14 days: invoices, payment links, reminders and statuses. You do not enter a card to begin.
What happens when the trial ends? The plan continues at 9 euros a month, flat. Until you choose to continue, nothing is charged.
How do the reminders sound? Like you on a good day: short, kind and specific. They go out on day 1, day 7 and day 14 after the due date, and you can read each one above.
Can I stop a reminder? Yes, with one click on the invoice. Once it is marked paid, the sequence stops by itself.
Are there fees per invoice or per client? No. It is 9 euros a month, however many invoices you send or clients you add.
Can I add a deposit and a final files clause? Yes. A deposit comes off the total as its own line, and the clause sits on the invoice where your client reads it.
How do I cancel? Cancel from your account at any time. You stop paying at the end of the month you are in.
